OPEN-SOURCE PANCREAS “LOOP” PROJECT

Among the early adopters of OpenAPS, an open-source, hybrid closed-loop (HCL), DIY artificial pancreas system (APS), which later became Loop, a pioneering closed-loop system for diabetes management. Thsi advanced technology integrates insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices, and algorithm-driven software ot automate insulin delivery. Leveraging open-source code from GitHub, | built a pancreas management application on my iPhone,
